Mike leads an innovative collective of organizations that includes Delphi, GLOBE, CBSR and Leading Change Canada. Their combined mission is to identify, connect, and support the global community of change makers so that, together, they can build a sustainable, prosperous, and socially just future in a generation. As CEO, Mike is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and impact of the collective.
For over three decades, Mike has advised senior executives, domestic and international leaders, corporations, and governments on how to create long-term value by addressing environmental, social, and economic risks and opportunities. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented to numerous corporate boards and at some of the most prestigious sustainability conferences and events in and outside of Canada.
Mike is also the co-founder of two not-for-profit organizations: the Climate Reality Project Canada (climatereality.ca) and Leading Change Canada (leadingchangecanada.com). He regularly engages and mentors emerging leaders and entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a difference.
Mike was named to Canada’s Clean50 for 2016 as well as Canada’s Clean16 for 2016. He holds a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queens University.
