Carl is a Senior Vice President with Hatch Infrastructure and is based in Ontario. He is the Chair of OSPE’s newly created Sustainable Cities Task Force. Carl has over 35 years of experience in project management, engineering and planning for a wide range of projects in the water & wastewater, urban infrastructure, brownfield development and power sectors. He is regularly invited to moderate and participate in expert panels on subjects such as infrastructure funding, the value of water, sustainability and urban resiliency.
