Marilyn is a passionate senior Talent Management professional who lives in service of helping others to realize their full potential.
Her 3+ decades of work experience has allowed her to continuously challenge herself. From facilitating leadership training, managing teams, mentoring and coaching others, to more recently advocating for employees with diverse abilities, she has always believed she has had the best job in any company she has worked for. Her desire is for everyone to feel this way about the work they do!
She identifies as a person with a disability having experienced significant hearing loss over the past decade. She has channeled this challenge into a positive through the creation of Enbridge’s newest employee resource group DAN or Diverse Abilities Network.
Her hobbies include attending music festivals, live theatre events and spending time at the cottage. Ten years ago, when her then teenage son took up the guitar, she decided to join him and has never looked back.
