Beatrice serves as the Chair of the Data Working Group. She holds a Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto (Mechatronics). She earned her P. Eng. in Ontario’s nuclear service sector (CANDU equipment and reactor maintenance). She also holds a Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School where she focused on intellectual property, evidence and administrative law. Accordingly, she has spent the last 7 years practicing law: Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property and Privacy assessment needs. She enjoys biking, gaming and reading. Beatrice currently works for the Federal Government of Canada.
